Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CozmoGame (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Cem Demir, a sole proprietor registered in Türkiye, trading as CozmoGame, with a registered business address at Yenigün Mah. 599. Sk. No:27/6, Bağcılar, Istanbul, Türkiye (together, "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 16.
2. Account
You must register an account to play. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per universe is permitted unless the universe rules explicitly allow otherwise.
3. Dark Matter (In-Game Virtual Currency)
Dark Matter is a digital good delivered to your in-game account after successful payment. Dark Matter:
- Has no monetary value outside the Service
- Is non-transferable between accounts
- Cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real-world currency
- Is non-refundable once credited, except as set out in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Terms and Privacy Policy. Prices shown on the site are in USD; applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use unauthorized third-party tools, bots, macros, or automation scripts
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
- Operate multiple accounts in the same universe without permission
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate other players or staff
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.
6. User-Generated Content
Content you post (chat messages, alliance names, planet names, ticket messages, etc.) must comply with applicable law and must not be offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing. We may remove content or restrict your posting privileges if you violate this rule.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, universe resets, and feature changes may occur. We strive to announce significant changes in advance.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for security reasons, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved by the Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Execution Offices, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be notified by email or by an in-game announcement. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
