Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Dark Matter through CozmoGame, operated by Cem Demir (sole proprietor, Yenigün Mah. 599. Sk. No:27/6, Bağcılar, Istanbul, Türkiye). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record.

Dark Matter is a digital good delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Once Dark Matter is credited to your in-game account, the purchase is considered fully performed and is non-refundable, except as described below or where required by applicable law.

For customers in the European Union, EU Directive 2011/83/EU normally grants a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (Article 16(m) of the Directive).

By clicking "Buy" at checkout, you:

• Expressly consent to immediate delivery of Dark Matter
• Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has occurred

We will issue a refund in these cases:

• Technical failure: you were charged but Dark Matter was not credited to your account
• Duplicate charge: the same purchase was charged twice by our systems
• Unauthorized transaction: the payment was made without the cardholder's consent (after investigation)
• Any other case required by applicable consumer protection law

• The email address on your account
• The purchase date and amount
• The Paddle receipt ID or payment confirmation number
• The reason for the refund request

We will respond within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, Paddle will process it back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at [email protected]. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

If you have already spent the purchased Dark Matter on in-game actions (construction, research, academy resets, etc.) before requesting a refund, only unused Dark Matter may be eligible for refund, at our discretion.
